Young Cho Lee
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lee is a distinguished finance expert with a BA in Accounting and MBA from Hanyang University in South Korea. He worked in the accounting, finance, and auditing departments at LG Group headquarters, overseeing all its subsidiaries, including LG Electronics, LG Construction, and LG Chemicals. Mr. Lee was responsible for management and consulting projects, specializing in M&A and restructuring.

Paul Haber has been in corporate finance and capital markets for over 25 years as a banker, investor, and entrepreneur. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Audit Committee Chair for many public and private companies. Haber began his career with Coopers & Lybrand, now PwC LLP. He is both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management from the University of Toronto. He was awarded his Chartered Director designation from the DeGroote School of Business in partnership with the Conference Board of Canada.

Dr. Sharif grew up in Vancouver and attended the University of British Columbia where he received a bachelor of Applied Economics before going on to Medical School at the University of Sydney. After finishing an internship at St. George Hospital, he went on to complete a residency in Family and Emergency Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan and a subsequent fellowship in Point of Care Ultrasound at the University of Calgary. Dr. Sharif also holds a clinical teaching appointment in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. He is a passionate advocate of concierge medicine and believes that all patients should have robust, timely and personalized access to health care professionals.
